As a leadership mediator I am providing you an option for two or more parties that are experiencing conflict or dispute and to function as a neutral third party referee to find an agreeable outcome and settlement. I will make sure that everyone expresses their point of view and help each party to engage with one another’s perspective.

Each session is 90 minutes. In most cases, mediation is settled within a defined period of time. In some cases, clients come back to re-negotiate.
